Prestigious Property Management is a property managment company that specializes in leasing and managing residential properties including single family homes, townhouses, condominiums and apartment buildings. Our company manages approximately 100 residential properties from the Glenwood Springs area up through the I-70 corridor to include New Castle, Silt, Rifle, Battlement Mesa and the Parachute area. Our office and operations are built from a successful property management platform. We stay current with the laws and practices in our given locality and continually strive to protect your asset's current value and condition as well as to enhance the long term value.

Our company is highly automated and each month you will receive a financial statement via email with a complete financial accounting including detailed management reports showing all monies collected and a summary of any significant items pertaining to your property and its management. We feel it is very important that the owner stay constantly informed regarding the state of their investment property.

In addition to managing income and expense related activities, we respond to and address maintenance issues which are quite a large part of our function.

We offer a full service, one stop shoppe, management program to include tenant placement requiring each potential tenant to complete a detailed rental application along with an in-depth interview and then follow up verification of employment and check on all rental history. In addition, every person, over the age of 18, must submit to a credit and criminal background check as well.

If rents are not paid by the 3rd of each month, we begin the process necessary to collect rents or evict tenants by following through with collections and participating in and/or initiating litigation with tenants.

Local Property Manager Joins National Association

Debbie Giorno, Property Manager, Broker and Owner of Prestigious Property Management LLC, is a local leader in the residential property management field, and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM)  www.narpm.com,  joining more than 2,000 residential property managers from throughout the United States. 

Debbie has just completed an intensive management course on RMP Operations and RMP Tenancy from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). This all-inclusive course outlined innovative and important issues affecting the residential property management field. Her commitment to education is a clear signal of the level of professional service she wishes to provide to all her customers and clients.

Continuing education within the management area is critical to Debbie's ability to stay current on issues affecting this industry. The professional course work provided through NARPM is taught many times during the year in various metropolitan areas. Members often travel from across the country to attend these NARPM classes. They are unique to the real estate industry as they specifically address the needs of the single family residential property manager. Courses are provided on subjects ranging from Personnel to Maintenance.

NARPM is the nation's only professional organization for managers of small residential properties, from single units to 4-plexes. Members represent over $20 billion worth of residential properties nationwide.

NARPM was founded in 1988 and continues to grow rapidly. It provides networking, education, and public relation services to professionals within the residential property arena. NARPM annual conventions are the most comprehensive means of education available to this profession. One and two day courses are taught throughout the country. The Association administers the Residential Management Professional (RMP), the Master Property Manager (MPM) and the Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC) certification programs. More than 60 local chapters of NARPM are currently operating in major metropolitan areas, and many more are in the formative stages.
